You meet this honestly rather unsettling puppet at the start of the game, though you can see their tail sticking out from around the corner of the warehouse at the beginning cutscene of the game. Despite being hideous, he's actually one of the three characters trying to help you escape. You get to actually meet him in his hideout in the lower parts of the warehouse, where he had laid you in his bed while you were unconscious from the fall.
