Hydrophobia Leader
Like her minions, her hair floats as if in water. She can summon an infinite number of her minions, but only up to 5 at a time with a 10 minute cool down. She is the only Hydrophobia Demoz that can float like in water, and at a top speed of 25 miles per hour. Her usual movement speed is a mere 5 miles per hour. She can also summon ghastly sea creatures that also share the theming of her and her minions. If the sea creature she summons is peaceful naturally, it'll be the same here, although she normally summons sharks, eels, large squids/octopi, etc when she sees a possible target. The part of the city she calls home is the flooded aquarium, which has all of the tanks broken and the corpses of the poor sea creatures still lying on the floors.
