Hax is the main Halloween spirit. Jacl-Jack, being Hax's pet, died by being hit ON PURPOSE by a car on Halloween in 1942, and sought revenge, of which Hax helped, and the two became friends since then. Both have great power, although Jack-Jack was gifted his power by Hax. Hax is the stronger one of the two, as well as the one normally attacking those who willingly don't follow the rules of Halloween. Hax's spider bowtie thing is able to come alive if Hax so wishes, allowing him to see through it to spy on people with better efficiency, helping to catch rule breakers easier.
